Contact support

OUVO is operated by Emanuel Cohen. For support, privacy requests, or moderation appeals, email support@ouvo247.com.

Include your OUVO username when relevant. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or access tokens.

Technical issues

Tell us what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, iOS version, OUVO version, and the approximate time. Include the event name or link if relevant. Screenshots can help; remove unrelated personal information first.

Inappropriate content or abusive behavior

Open an event's comments and use the comment menu to Report the content or Block its author. Sign in if prompted. Manage blocked users in Profile → Privacy & Account → Blocked users. Blocking affects what you see in OUVO; it does not report someone to emergency services.

If you cannot use the in-app controls, email support@ouvo247.com with the event and comment details. For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Appeal a moderation decision

Comments and uploaded photos undergo automatic OpenAI safety checks before publication. Content may be held privately for review, rejected, or removed by an operator. To request a review, email support@ouvo247.com with your username, event name if applicable, submission time, the message shown in OUVO, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Profile photo decisions can also be appealed here.

Account help and deletion

If you need help signing in, tell us whether you used Apple or Google and the error shown. Do not send provider credentials.

To delete your account, open OUVO → Profile → Privacy & Account → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your OUVO account and starts the cleanup described in the Privacy Policy. Replies from others may remain around an empty, unattributed comment. If the app shows Apple disconnection instructions, follow them in iOS Settings. Deleting OUVO does not delete your Apple or Google account.

If you cannot access your account or deletion fails, email support@ouvo247.com for help.

Privacy questions and event corrections

For privacy requests, corrections to your information, or concerns about event information or artwork, email support@ouvo247.com. Include enough information to identify the issue. Event organizers and ticketing providers handle their own bookings, cancellations, and refunds; follow the original event link to contact them.
