OUVO

Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

Effective date: 2026-10-14

These terms and community rules apply to your use of OUVO. OUVO is operated by Emanuel Cohen. For questions, email support@ouvo247.com.

Using OUVO

OUVO helps you discover events in Tel Aviv. You can browse without an account. An account enables saving events and participating in comments. By using OUVO, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy describes data handling; submitted comments and uploaded photos undergo automatic OpenAI safety checks before publication.

Your account

Use your own Apple or Google account to sign in. Keep access to it secure and provide accurate information where needed. Do not impersonate someone, misuse another person's account, or evade restrictions. You are responsible for the activity and content you submit through your account. Contact support if you believe your account has been misused.

Community rules

You remain responsible for your text and photos. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Submitting content allows OUVO to process, store, moderate, and display it as needed to provide the feature you use; it does not transfer ownership of your content.

Moderation, reporting, and appeals

Comments, replies, attached photos, and uploaded profile photos are automatically sent to OpenAI for safety moderation when submitted. OUVO can hold content privately for review, reject or remove content, hide profile photos, and restrict or suspend accounts for safety or rule violations. Automated checks can make mistakes; operator review is available through support.

Use a comment's menu to report content or block its author. Manage blocks in Profile → Privacy & Account → Blocked users. To report a problem outside those controls or appeal a decision, email support@ouvo247.com with your username, relevant event or content details, approximate submission time, and an explanation. These are support requests, not an emergency response service.

Event information and external services

OUVO discovers event information from external websites and platforms and links to organizers or ticketing providers. Listings may be incomplete, inaccurate, cancelled, sold out, or changed. Check the original source before attending or purchasing tickets, including prices, time, venue, age restrictions, and entry requirements.

OUVO is an event discovery service; it does not sell tickets or operate the listed events through the app. Organizers and ticket platforms are responsible for their events and transactions, subject to their own terms. A listing or link does not imply an official partnership, endorsement, ownership of artwork, or permission to redistribute material. Source links do not themselves grant intellectual property rights.

Deleting content or your account

You can delete your own comments and remove your profile photo in the app. To delete your account, open OUVO → Profile → Privacy & Account → Delete Account and confirm. An empty, unattributed comment may remain to preserve others' replies. The Privacy Policy explains cleanup and retention. If you need help, email support@ouvo247.com.

Availability and legal rights

We may change or discontinue features and may limit access when needed to protect users or the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of externally sourced event information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These community terms supplement the applicable app licence; they do not replace Apple's standard end-user licence agreement.
